As you may be aware, Cleanova recently announced that it has acquired the Sidco Filter Group in its entirety.

The Sidco Filter Group includes the brands listed below:

• Shawndra Products
• Sidco Filter Company
• Roome Technologies

Cleanova and its newly acquired businesses remain committed to fully supporting all customers during the transition.

You will start to see the Cleanova brand utilized in our emails, transaction documents, products, and social media. As per the other brands within Cleanova’s portfolio, the newly acquired businesses will now operate as sub-brands. To provide clarity, we will still be operating as per the current legal entities, and therefore, you should see no changes in the way that you operate with the Sidco Filter sub-brand.

To clarify, the legal entity remains as:

The current entity will continue to fulfill all current and any future orders and contracts you may place with us.

Trading Addresses:

Your current sales contacts, trading addresses, and telephone numbers remain unchanged. However, you will now receive emails from @cleanova.com.
