Cleanova, established in October 2023 and owned by the private equity firm Px3 Partners (Px3), combines fresh thinking with proven technology to provide innovative filtration solutions. The addition of Sidco Filter Company and Shawndra Products to Cleanova underscores the commitment to constant innovation and the highest product quality as the company expands its market reach.
