With outer diameters ranging from 3″ to 5.5″ and heights from 12″ to 36″, the SPI-5000 fits seamlessly into various applications. Standard end seals use durable plated steel, with the option to upgrade to 304 or 316 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Extensive media options include polyester, microglass, polypropylene, Nomex™, Sparks™ MicroDepth 500™, and Sparks™ CarbonDepth 600™, among others, ensuring optimal performance for your specific requirements. Custom media options are also available for unique filtration challenges, providing tailored solutions for your business.
Every SPI-5000 Cartridge Filter Element is meticulously designed to meet or exceed the filtration performance criteria outlined in the original OEM filter specifications.

- Endcaps – Both metal end caps and fully molded end seals are available.
- Metal end caps are plated steel or stainless steel.
- Molded end seal material options include polyurethane, Red RTV, and Blue RTV.
- Cores – Inner and outer cores are made from carbon steel or stainless steel options.
- Media Support – All media options are encapsulated in screen, providing an additional migration barrier and strength.
